In addition to the two Ljunghusens teams, 9 other teams played in Flickor 07. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens handbollsklubb 2 could be found in Group B together with H43 Lund HF 1, HK Ankaret 1, IFK Malmö Handboll 2, LUGI HF 2 and LUGI HF 1.
Ljunghusens handbollsklubb 2 made it to B-slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö Handboll 1 with 12-14. Thereby Ljunghusens handbollsklubb 2 finished second in F07 B-slutspel during Malmöspelen 2017. Ljunghusens Handbollsklubb also participated in Flickor 06 during Malmöspelen 2016.
