In addition to the three LUGI teams, 8 other teams played in Flickor 07. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof LUGI HF 2 could be found in Group B together with Ljunghusens handbollsklubb 2, H43 Lund HF 1, HK Ankaret 1, IFK Malmö Handboll 2 and LUGI HF 1.

LUGI HF 2 continued to B-slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö Handboll 1 with 11-12. In the Final, IFK Malmö Handboll 1 won over Ljunghusens handbollsklubb 2 and became the winner of B-slutspel in Flickor 07.

LUGI HF also participated in Flickor 06 during Malmöspelen 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F06 A-slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 2 with 17-19.
