Trelleborg HBK was one of 34 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Malmöspelen 2017. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 05, Pojkar 06, Pojkar 07 and Flickor 06 respectively. The team in Pojkar 07 made it to the the Final in A-slutspeland won it over HK Ankaret by 27-19.
In addition to this, Trelleborg HBK have participated in Malmöspelen before. During Malmöspelen 2016, Trelleborg had 10 teams playing in Pojkar 05, Pojkar 06, Pojkar 07, Flickor 05 and Flickor 06 respectively. Two teams played until Final in A-slutspel; Flickor 05 won over HK Malmö 1 by 7-5 but Pojkar 06 2 lost against H43 Lund 2 by 11-16. Trelleborg comes from Trelleborg which lies approximately 27 km from Malmö, where Malmöspelen takes place. The area around Trelleborg does also provide 26 additional clubs participating during Malmöspelen 2017 (Among others: Skurups Handboll, IFK Klagshamn, H43 Lund, HK Malmö, IFK-Malmö, Stapelbäddsskolan, Svedala HK, LHK, IFK Malmö Handboll and Västra Hamnens skola). 23 games playedGoals |
