H43 Lund was one of 34 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Malmöspelen 2017. They participated with 7 teams in Pojkar 05, Pojkar 06, Pojkar 07 and Flickor 04 respectively. Two teams played until Final in A-slutspel; Pojkar 05 2 won over H43 Lund 1 by 11-10 and Pojkar 06 won over Trelleborg HBK by 18-10.
In addition to this, H43 Lund have participated in Malmöspelen before. During Malmöspelen 2016, H43 Lund had 14 teams playing in Pojkar 04, Pojkar 06, Flickor 99-00, Flickor 02, Flickor 04, Flickor 05 and Flickor 06 respectively. The team in Flickor 06 made it to the the Final in A-slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 3 by 17-19. H43 Lund comes from Lund which lies approximately 15 km from Malmö, where Malmöspelen takes place. The area around Lund does also provide 30 additional clubs participating during Malmöspelen 2017 (Among others: Skurups Handboll, IFK Klagshamn, HK Malmö, Trelleborg HBK, H65 Höör, Eslövs Hf, HK Ankaret, IFK-Malmö, Stapelbäddsskolan and Svedala HK).
