HK Malmö was one of 24 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Malmöspelen 2014. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 03, Pojkar 04 and Flickor 03 respectively. The team in Pojkar 04 made it to the the Final in A-slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 3 by 16-18.
In addition to this, HK Malmö have participated in Malmöspelen before. During Malmöspelen 2013, Malmö had 7 teams playing in Pojkar 01, Pojkar 03, Pojkar 04, Flickor 01, Flickor 03 and Flickor 99 respectively. The team in Flickor 01 made it to the the Final in A-slutspel, but lost it against Dalhems IF 1 by 8-10. Malmö originates from Malmö, which is the same city as where Malmöspelen takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Malmöspelen 2014 (Among others: Trelleborg HBK, HK Ankaret, Eslövs HF, Ljunghusens HK, H43 Lund, Svedala HK, Lundagård, H43, Dalhems IF and Veberöds HK). 21 games playedGoals |
