In addition to the three Trelleborg teams, 14 other teams played in Flickor 06. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Trelleborg HBK 3 could be found in Group A together with Kristianstad HK 3, LUGI HF 1 and HK Ankaret 2.

Trelleborg HBK 3 continued to B-slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens Handbollsklubb 1 with 11-17. In the Final, Ljunghusens Handbollsklubb 2 won over Trelleborg HBK 2 and became the winner of B-slutspel in Flickor 06.
