In addition to the three Trelleborg teams, 14 other teams played in Flickor 06. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Trelleborg HBK 1 could be found in Group D together with Ljunghusens Handbollsklubb 1, H43 Lund 2, HK Ankaret 3 and Kristianstad HK 1.

Trelleborg HBK 1 continued to B-slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Trelleborg HBK 2 with 6-11. In the Final, Ljunghusens Handbollsklubb 2 won over Trelleborg HBK 2 and became the winner of B-slutspel in Flickor 06.
