H43 Lund ÖT was one of 51 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Malmöspelen 2016. They participated with one team in Flickor 04.

In addition to H43 Lund ÖT, 17 other teams played in Flickor 04. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof H43 Lund ÖT could be found in Group C together with Dalhems IF 1, Skogås HK, LUGI HF 3 and Veberöds HK 2.

H43 Lund ÖT continued to A-slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Dalhems IF 2 with 9-17. In the Final, OV Helsingborg won over Dalhems IF 2 and became the winner of A-slutspel in Flickor 04.

H43 Lund ÖT comes from LUND which lies approximately 15 km from Malmö, where Malmöspelen takes place. The area around LUND does also provide 40 additional clubs participating during Malmöspelen 2016 (Among others: Ljunghusens HK, Dalhems IF, IFK Klagshamn, Hk Ankaret, Bulltoftaskolan, Svedala HK, H43 Lund, Apelgårdsskolan, Bäckagårdsskolan 4A and H43 Lund Centrum).
