In addition to the two Torslanda teams, 14 other teams played in Flickor 04. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Torslanda HK BLÅ could be found in Group A together with OV Helsingborg F04, IFK Malmö Handboll and H43 Lund F04 N.

Torslanda HK BLÅ continued to B-slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK BLÅ with 4-8. In the Final, Ljunghusens HK BLÅ won over H43 F04 2 and became the winner of B-slutspel in Flickor 04.
