In addition to Svedala HK, 9 other teams played in Pojkar 02. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Svedala HK could be found in Group A together with IFK Malmö Handboll 2, Kävlinge HK 2, Staffanstorps HK and LUGI 1.

Svedala HK made it to B-slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Eslövs HF, which they won with 8-5. Thereby Svedala HK won the entire B-slutspel in Pojkar 02 during Malmöspelen 2015.
