They participated with 8 teams in Pojkar 00, Pojkar 02, Pojkar 04, Pojkar 06, Flickor 04, Flickor 05 and Flickor 06 respectively. The team in Flickor 05 made it to the the Final in A-slutspeland won it over Trelleborgs HBK 1 by 16-10. In addition to this, Ljunghusens HK have participated in Malmöspelen before. During Malmöspelen 2014, Ljunghusens had 5 teams playing in Pojkar 02, Pojkar 04, Pojkar 99 and Flickor 04 respectively. The team in Pojkar 99 made it to the the Final in B-slutspel, but lost it against LUGI 2 by 8-13. Ljunghusens comes from Höllviken which lies approximately 22 km from Malmö, where Malmöspelen takes place. The area around Höllviken does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Malmöspelen 2015 (Among others: Dalhems IF, H43, Trelleborgs HBK, Svedala HK, HK Malmö, H43 Lund, , LUGI, H43 F04 and Rilum sport).
